Blues-rock band The Black Keys will be performing at The Wiltern on April 1, the same day their brand new album, Attack & Release, is scheduled for release.

Formed in 2001 by Daniel Auerbach (vocals and guitar) and Patrick Carney (drums), the band quickly established some 'key' fans and began to achieve some commercial success in 2003 after "Set You Free" was included in the soundtrack of the movie School of Rock. They are arguably best known for their hit song "Girl is on My Mind" which has featured in a cellphone and lingerie commercial.

Eels is a rock band revolving around singer/songwriter Mark Oliver Everett with other members rotating frequently, both on stage and in the recording studio.

Since forming in 1995, Everett has released a stack of albums of new material and cover songs with and without the band. The Eels most recent album was Blinking Lights and Other Revelations released in 2005. They most recently had songs appearing on the soundtrack of Hollywood movie Shrek the Third.
