Grammy Award-winning Beninese singer/songwriter Angélique Kidjo will be performing her diverse music at the Royce Hall in March.
With musical influences including Afropop, Caribbean zouk, Congolese rumba, jazz, gospel, and Latin styles, the unique sound of Kidjo was evident once again in her successful 2007 album, Djin Djin, which won "Best Contemporary World Music Album" at the 2008 Grammy Awards.
