New York born folk singer Arlo Guthrie has released about 30 records in a career that began all the way back in 1967.

Having spent some 40 years on the road, Guthrie continues to tour to this day to play in front of his loyal fan base. His most recent album, In Times Like These, was released in 2007.

Composer and pianist Keith Jarrett is a successful classical and jazz musician from the early 70s. His career started as a keyboardist for Art Blakey, Charles Lloyd and Miles Davis.

As a solo performer, his improvisation technique combines not only jazz, but also other forms of music, especially classical, gospel, blues, and various ethnic-folk musics.

He will be performing at the UCLA Performing Arts Center on March 5, 2008.
